David has practiced law in the Dallas area for over twenty years.  During that time he has represented several Fortune 500 companies in personal injury and commercial litigation.  In addition, David has been privileged to represent Texas and Oklahoma families injured by the negligence of others, recovering tens of millions of dollars on their behalf.  He has tried over one-hundred jury trials and has successfully represented clients in lawsuits filed in various states throughout the Southwest and Pacific Northwest.
