Mr. Oliphant has practiced law in Dallas for over ten years. His practice focuses on business litigation, personal injury and product liability cases. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Oliphant rose to the level of Chief Prosecutor at the Dallas County District Attorney's Office, where he prosecuted misdemeanor and felony crimes, including capital murder. He has tried over one hundred jury trials.
