Ms. Kugler's practice focuses on personal injury litigation primarily in the mass tort context.  She has served as regional counsel for multiple corporate clients and has been extensively involved in the management, litigation and resolution of asbestos claims in the state of Texas and on a national level.   Ms. Kugler currently serves on the defense liaison committee in the Texas Asbestos Multi-District Litigation (MDL).  She is also a trained mediator.
